Super Eagles begin world cup preparation with a clash against the Azzuri of Italy tonight.

After their emphatic victory over the Ethiopians last Saturday, the Super Eagles of Nigeria are set to

kick off their world cup warm up friendlies with the Azzuri’s at Craven Cottage tonight.

The super Eagles qualified on an aggregate score line of 4-1 over the Ethiopians to top group F, recording unbeaten runs in all their eight matches in the qualifying series. The Azzuri’s were also unbeaten to top their group B ahead of Denmark in their qualifying campaigns.

Both sides have successfully booked their place at next year’s FIFA World Cup in Brazil. The match is 

to kick-off at 8:45pm Nigerian time.
