Wonders shall never end
as a 20-year –old man Oluyi Oba allegedelly took advantage of a 5-year-old girl
on 22nd of October at about
1pm in Iyin-Ekiti, Ekiti State.
The accused was
thereafter arrested and charged to court having committed an offence
contravening the section 218 of the Criminal Code Cap C 16,
Laws of Ekiti State, 2012.
The Chief Magistrate of
Ado-Ekiti Magistrate’s Court yesterday later ordered the accused kept in the
prison custody for further investigation and adjourned the case till 21st
of November.
