Hide Ebola Patient And Go To 2years Jail - Sierra Leone

Since the recent outbreak of Ebola virus, Sierra Leone has recorded the highest numbers of death in the world. So far 1,427 people have died from the deadly virus and so many tested positive to it.



Despite the fact that Sierra Leone has closed all its land borders, their parliament has passed a new law making it a criminal offence to hide Ebola patients. Who so ever hides Ebola patient will face up to two years in prison, the justice minister said.

In another development, the Democratic republic of Congo has confirmed its first cases of Ebola. With this development, DR congo is the first non-west african country to have the case of Ebola.
