Fire explosion at Conoil Filling Station in Abuja

There was a loud fire explosion at the Conoil Filling Station,directly opposite the Nigerian National Petroleum Corporation, NNPC, Headquarters, in Abuja on Thursday afternoon.

The explosion was said to have caused a terrible commotion among the residents who thought it was another act from Boko Haram terrorist group.

However, no casualty was recorded at the time this news was gathered as fire fighters from the Nigerian Army, the FCT Fire Service and the National Emergency Management Agency, NEMA, are still battling to put out the fire.
