Oba
Adebiyi Adesida, the Deji of Akure died early hours of today in Akure the capital
city of Ondo State.
Although,
there is no official announcement of his death yet, the official announcement
will be made in seven days time in accordance with the tradition.
The
monarch died just three years on the thrown.
Oba Adesida, 63, who was installed
as the Deji of Akure in 2010 in place of the former Oba, Oluwadare Adesina
Adepoju, who was dethroned and banished by the Ondo State Government for issues
related to physical attack on wife and pouring unknown substance on her.
