Physically challenged persons came out en-mass this morning, Wednesday, in the city of Kano, protesting against the proposed ban on street begging in the state.
The protesters marched from the premises of state High Court to the state House
of Assembly, chanting Allahu Akbar. It is recalled that a bill has been set
before the House of Assembly seeking the ban of street begging. Full gist later.
